What’s Happening in December?
*Thank you to all who have picked-up items for the family we’ve “adopted” (single dad with 3 young children.) Please bring your items to church this Sunday if possible.
*Since we got snowed-out last Sunday, we will have communion this Sunday; we invite folks to bring pasta and peanut butter to church, which will be donated to the Saint Joseph Hospital’s food cupboard.
*One of the Alton fire trucks will be joining the caravan heading to the Veteran’s Cemetery in Augusta to lay wreaths on Saturday, December 15th. *Next breakfast: Saturday-December 8th from 7-9am.
*United Methodist Women are planning a trip to the U-Maine Planetarium to watch “The Christmas Star” program-Date and time to be announced.
*Book Club will meet on Tuesday, December 11th at 1pm.
*Our Christmas Eve service will take place at 6:00 on the 24th. Right around the corner!
